Bulk order status

Entry. POST /v1/commerce/orders/bulk-update-status → OrderCommandService.bulkUpdateStatus.

The method loops the ids and calls update for each one with orderStatus set to the target. It collects succeeded and failed arrays. One order’s failure does not stop the loop.

Each call uses the state machine. bulkUpdateStatus does not pass force. An illegal edge is caught per id and stored in failed with the exception message. The loop continues.

Partial success is the return value: some ids can be in succeeded and others in failed from the same HTTP call. Each success commits its own transaction, including its own order.status.changed outbox row. The default note is Bulk updated to ${targetStatus} via Order Hub when the caller does not send notes.
