Names and groups are on Environment. Do not commit filled .env files.

Production is stricter: SENTRY_DSN is required when APP_ENV=production, and JWT secrets must differ and be at least 32 characters.

Optional groups become mandatory together once the first key is set (SMTP, Razorpay, Amazon SP-API, Flipkart, BigCommerce).

AI_WORKSPACE_ENABLED is a string compare against true, not a boolean coercion you can assume from the word “yes”.
