Deployment

CI files: pnxt-api-nestjs/.github/workflows/test.yml and deploy.yml. Read them for the current steps. They were not copied here.

What is established​

  • One image, three commands: API, worker, scheduler. See Running the backend.
  • Migrations are manual: yarn migrate:deploy before the API is healthy.
  • Demo seed is a separate command. The bootstrap runbook says the demo tenant is created on a fresh database and kept for walkthroughs. Do not run that against a database you have not identified.
  • migrate:laravel safety is unknown. The bootstrap runbook describes a fresh database, not a legacy import.
  • Backup tooling: Compose comments mention pgBackRest and WAL. Whether that is live is unknown.
  • Release tags for the three apps: unknown.

Scheduler​

Do not scale the scheduler to more than one replica until someone confirms the crons are safe to duplicate. The written note says they are not.

What this page will not invent​

Hostnames, Kubernetes manifests, and a tag process. If they are not in the workflow file or the runbook, they are not documented here.
