Settlement import

Two entries:

Scheduled sync and file import are different queues. Amazon also has a finances API route with SETTLEMENT:CREATE. See Settlements.

Synchronous

The import HTTP request returns after the job is queued. Confirm the exact response body in OpenAPI. The processor is where the file is parsed.

Failure and partial success

Bull attempts follow the queue default (3) if the processor throws. A batch status can be stored while lines fail. Line-level rules are unknown.

Match tolerance is unknown. Do not invent one.

Idempotency

Not established for a second upload of the same file.
